class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u300cWebsite\u300d\u6307 https:\/\/lumin-astra.com\/\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u300c\u8cb7\u65b9\u300d\u3001\u300c\u9867\u5ba2\u300d\u6216\u300c\u60a8\u300d\u6307\u81ea\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u4eba\u58eb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u300c\u5546\u54c1\u300d\u6307\u65bc\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u63d0\u4f9b\u92b7\u552e\u7684\u5be6\u9ad4\u914d\u4ef6\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u7522\u54c1\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u300c\u5408\u7d04\u300d\u6307\u7576\u6211\u5011\u63a5\u53d7\u60a8\u65bc\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0b\u9054\u7684\u8a02\u55ae\u6642\u6240\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u5408\u7d04\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c\u300c\u66f8\u9762\u300d\u5305\u62ec\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u901a\u8a0a\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LUMINASTRA LTD \u70ba\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u6240\u6709\u92b7\u552e\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u8ce3\u65b9\u53ca\u767b\u8a18\u5546\u5bb6\u3002\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e26\u975e\u5e02\u96c6\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u6703\u4ee3\u8868\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u8ce3\u5bb6\u8655\u7406\u4ed8\u6b3e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5408\u7d04\u57fa\u790e<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u63d0\u4f9b LUMINASTRA \u8207\u8cb7\u65b9\u4e4b\u9593\u92b7\u552e\u5546\u54c1\u7684\u5e73\u53f0\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u5c31\u5546\u54c1\u4f9b\u61c9\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7167\u7247\u3001\u5716\u7d19\u3001\u5c3a\u5bf8\u3001\u91cd\u91cf\u3001\u5916\u89c0\u3001\u6027\u80fd\u6216\u71df\u904b\u6210\u672c\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u5747\u4e0d\u5177\u7d04\u675f\u529b\uff0c\u4e14\u50c5\u4f9b\u53c3\u8003\u3002\u8cb7\u65b9\u5728\u8a02\u7acb\u5408\u7d04\u6642\uff0c\u78ba\u8a8d\u5176\u4e26\u672a\u4f9d\u8cf4\u8a72\u7b49\u9673\u8ff0\u6216\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8a72\u7b49\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4e26\u653e\u68c4\u57fa\u65bc\u8a72\u7b49\u9673\u8ff0\u6216\u8cc7\u8a0a\u63d0\u51fa\u4efb\u4f55\u7533\u7d22\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p 7 \u689d\u61c9\u9069\u7528\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4 LUMINASTRA \u65bc\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u767c\u51fa\u6216\u520a\u767b\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5831\u50f9\u55ae\u3001\u767c\u7968\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u6587\u4ef6\u6216\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u6392\u5370\u3001\u6587\u66f8\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u932f\u8aa4\u6216\u907a\u6f0f\uff0c\u5747\u53ef\u4e88\u4ee5\u66f4\u6b63\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u65b9\u7121\u9808\u627f\u64d4\u4efb\u4f55\u8cac\u4efb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u8a02\u55ae\u8207\u898f\u683c<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u60a8\u53ef\u900f\u904e\u65bc\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u586b\u5beb\u4e26\u5b8c\u6210\u8a02\u55ae\u8868\u683c\u4f86\u8cfc\u8cb7\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u61c9\u8ca0\u8cac\u78ba\u4fdd\u8a02\u55ae\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u6027\u3002\u6240\u6709\u8a02\u55ae\u5747\u9808\u7d93\u6211\u5011\u63a5\u53d7\u3002\u9867\u5ba2\u53ef\u65bc\u51fa\u8ca8\u524d\u8981\u6c42\u53d6\u6d88\u8a02\u55ae\uff0c\u800c\u7b26\u5408\u8cc7\u683c\u7684\u6d88\u8cbb\u8005\u53d6\u6d88\u6b0a\u5229\u5c07\u4f9d\u64da\u6211\u5011\u7684 Return &amp; Refund Policy \u53ca\u9069\u7528\u6cd5\u5f8b\u8655\u7406\u3002\u6211\u5011\u6709\u6b0a\uff08\u4f46\u7121\u7fa9\u52d9\uff09\u5728\u672a\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u53d6\u5f97\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u8655\u7406\u8a72\u8a02\u55ae\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u8981\u6c42\u53d6\u6d88\u6216\u4fee\u6539\u8a02\u55ae\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u76e1\u529b\uff08\u4f46\u7121\u7fa9\u52d9\uff09\u4ee5\u5546\u696d\u4e0a\u5408\u7406\u7684\u52aa\u529b\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u4e88\u4ee5\u8fa6\u7406\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p \u5b89\u5168\u8655\u7406\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u6703\u5132\u5b58\u60a8\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u5361\u7247\u8cc7\u6599\u3002\u6240\u6709\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5747\u652f\u4ed8\u4e88\u4f5c\u70ba\u8ce3\u65b9\u53ca\u767b\u8a18\u5546\u6236\u7684 LUMINASTRA LTD\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u7576\u60a8\u65bc\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0a\u4e0b\u8a02\u55ae\u6642\uff0c\u5be6\u969b\u4ed8\u6b3e\u50c5\u6703\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u63a5\u53d7\u60a8\u7684\u8a02\u55ae\u4e26\u5f62\u6210\u5408\u7d04\u5f8c\u624d\u6703\u6263\u6b3e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 \u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u65bc\u82f1\u570b\u8a3b\u518a\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u7522\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u7531\u6d77\u5916\u5009\u5eab\u6216\u7269\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u5925\u4f34\u51fa\u8ca8\u3002\u914d\u9001\u6642\u9593\u4f9d\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u800c\u6709\u6240\u4e0d\u540c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5 \u5982\u60a8\u4f9d\u64da\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7b2c 6.4 \u689d\u53d6\u5f97\u9000\u6b3e\u5f8c\uff0c\u5546\u54c1\u65b9\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4e88\u60a8\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u7acb\u5373\u901a\u77e5\u6211\u5011\u8a72\u4ea4\u4ed8\u60c5\u5f62\u3002\u5546\u54c1\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u4e0d\u61c9\u79fb\u8f49\u4e88\u60a8\uff1b\u60a8\u61c9\u4ee5\u6211\u5011\u4e4b\u53d7\u8a17\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u53ca\u53d7\u5bc4\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u6301\u6709\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u5c07\u5176\u8207\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5546\u54c1\u5206\u958b\u5b58\u653e\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u8981\u6c42\u6642\u4ea4\u9084\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u3002\u5982\u6709\u4e0d\u9075\u5b88\u4e4b\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4fdd\u7559\u63a1\u53d6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u884c\u52d5\u4ee5\u53d6\u56de\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u8acb\u6c42\u640d\u5bb3\u8ce0\u511f\u53ca\u4e00\u5207\u76f8\u95dc\u8cbb\u7528\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u5f8b\u5e2b\u8cbb\uff09\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6 \u82e5\u60a8\u672a\u80fd\u53d7\u9818\u5546\u54c1\uff08\u975e\u56e0\u4efb\u4f55\u8d85\u51fa\u60a8\u5408\u7406\u63a7\u5236\u7bc4\u570d\u4e4b\u4e8b\u7531\u6216\u56e0\u6211\u65b9\u904e\u5931\u6240\u81f4\uff09\uff0c\u5247\u5728\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u5f97\u884c\u4f7f\u4e4b\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u6b0a\u5229\u6216\u6551\u6fdf\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f97\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.1 \u4ee5\u53ef\u5408\u7406\u53d6\u5f97\u4e4b\u6700\u4f73\u50f9\u683c\u51fa\u552e\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc\u6263\u9664\u4e00\u5207\u5408\u7406\u5009\u5132\u53ca\u92b7\u552e\u8cbb\u7528\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c07\u8d85\u51fa\u5951\u7d04\u50f9\u683c\u4e4b\u4efb\u4f55\u9918\u984d\u652f\u4ed8\u7d66\u60a8\uff08\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u6b3e\u9805\u5df2\u5168\u984d\u5b8c\u6210\u5165\u5e33\uff09\uff0c\u6216\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u53d6\u4f4e\u65bc\u5951\u7d04\u50f9\u683c\u4e4b\u4efb\u4f55\u5dee\u984d\uff1b\u6216<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6.2 \u7d42\u6b62\u5951\u7d04\u4e26\u8acb\u6c42\u640d\u5bb3\u8ce0\u511f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7 \u8ffd\u8e64\u8207\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8b49\u660e\u3002\u8ca8\u7269\u51fa\u8ca8\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ffd\u8e64\u865f\u78bc\uff08\u5982\u6709\uff09\uff0c\u4e26\u5f97\u4f9d\u8cf4\u627f\u904b\u4eba\u7684\u8ffd\u8e64\u7d00\u9304\u3001\u9001\u9054\u6383\u63cf\u3001\u7c3d\u6536\u7d00\u9304\u6216\u540c\u7b49\u78ba\u8a8d\u4f5c\u70ba\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u8b49\u64da\u3002\u63d0\u4f9b\u8ffd\u8e64\u865f\u78bc\u50c5\u4f9b\u60a8\u53c3\u8003\u3002\u8996\u627f\u904b\u4eba\u8655\u7406\u60c5\u6cc1\u53ca\u7cfb\u7d71\u66f4\u65b0\u800c\u5b9a\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5728\u6536\u5230\u8ffd\u8e64\u865f\u78bc\u6216\u80fd\u5920\u5b58\u53d6\u8ffd\u8e64\u865f\u78bc\u4e4b\u524d\u5148\u6536\u5230\u8ca8\u7269\u3002\u6b64\u985e\u6642\u9593\u5dee\u7570\u4e0d\u5f71\u97ff\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u6709\u6548\u6027\u3001\u98a8\u96aa\u79fb\u8f49\uff0c\u6216\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u627f\u904b\u4eba\u7684\u4ea4\u4ed8\u78ba\u8a8d\u4f5c\u70ba\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6027\u8b49\u660e\u7684\u4f9d\u64da\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8 \u98a8\u96aa\u8207\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u3002\u8ca8\u7269\u907a\u5931\u6216\u640d\u58de\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u61c9\u65bc\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4e88\u627f\u904b\u4eba\u6642\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u60a8\u3002\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u5728\u6211\u5011\u6536\u5230\u5408\u7d04\u9805\u4e0b\u6240\u6709\u61c9\u4ed8\u6b3e\u9805\u7684\u5168\u984d\u4e14\u5df2\u7d50\u6e05\u4e4b\u4ed8\u6b3e\u524d\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u60a8\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9 \u5206\u6279\u4ea4\u4ed8\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5f97\u5206\u958b\u5206\u671f\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8ca8\u7269\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u671f\u5747\u69cb\u6210\u4e00\u4efd\u7368\u7acb\u5408\u7d04\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u671f\u7684\u5ef6\u9072\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6216\u672a\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff0c\u5747\u4e0d\u8ce6\u4e88\u60a8\u53d6\u6d88\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u671f\u5225\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10 \u4ea4\u4ed8\u9650\u5236\u8207\u5408\u898f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u4fdd\u7559\u62d2\u7d55\u3001\u66ab\u505c\u6216\u53d6\u6d88\u5411\u4efb\u4f55\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u4ea4\u4ed8\u7684\u6b0a\u5229\uff0c\u82e5\u8a72\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u4e4b\u4ea4\u4ed8\u53d7\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u6d77\u95dc\u898f\u5b9a\u3001\u5236\u88c1\u6216\u7269\u6d41\u9650\u5236\u6240\u9650\u5236\u6216\u7981\u6b62\uff0c\u6216\u60a8\u672a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11 \u4e0d\u53ef\u6297\u529b\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u56e0\u8d85\u51fa\u6211\u5011\u5408\u7406\u63a7\u5236\u7bc4\u570d\u4e4b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6240\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6216\u5c65\u884c\u5ef6\u9072\u6216\u5931\u6557\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6982\u4e0d\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u65bc\u5929\u707d\u3001\u81ea\u7136\u707d\u5bb3\u3001\u6d41\u884c\u75c5\u6216\u5168\u7403\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u3001\u6230\u722d\u3001\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u3001\u52de\u8cc7\u7cfe\u7d1b\u3001\u653f\u5e9c\u884c\u70ba\u3001\u6e2f\u53e3\u95dc\u9589\u3001\u627f\u904b\u4eba\u6216\u7db2\u8def\u4e2d\u65b7\uff0c\u6216\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u4e0d\u53ef\u6297\u529b\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6642\u9593\u61c9\u5ef6\u9577\u76f8\u7576\u65bc\u8a72\u4e8b\u4ef6\u6301\u7e8c\u671f\u9593\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u6216\u6211\u5011\u5f97\u53d6\u6d88\u53d7\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u8a02\u55ae\u800c\u4e0d\u627f\u64d4\u8cac\u4efb\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12 \u6aa2\u67e5\u8207\u554f\u984c\u901a\u77e5\u3002\u60a8\u61c9\u65bc\u6536\u5230\u8ca8\u7269\u5f8c\u7acb\u5373\u6aa2\u67e5\u8ca8\u7269\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u660e\u986f\u640d\u58de\u3001\u77ed\u5c11\u6216\u932f\u8aa4\u4ea4\u4ed8\uff0c\u5747\u5fc5\u9808\u65bc\u4ea4\u4ed8\u5f8c 48 \u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u901a\u77e5\u6211\u5011\uff0c\u4e26\u63d0\u4f9b\u5408\u7406\u7684\u652f\u6301\u8b49\u64da\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u7167\u7247\u3001\u5305\u88dd\u6a19\u7c64\uff09\u3002\u82e5\u672a\u53ca\u6642\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u640d\u5bb3\u60a8\u7684\u7d22\u8ce0\u53ca\u6211\u5011\u5354\u52a9\u8655\u7406\u627f\u904b\u4eba\u7d22\u8ce0\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. <\/strong><a href=\"\/zh\/return-refund-policy\/\"><u>\u9000\u8ca8\u8207\u9000\u6b3e\u653f\u7b56<\/u><\/a><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u8207\u6240\u6709\u6b0a<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 \u8ca8\u7269\u640d\u58de\u6216\u6ec5\u5931\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u61c9\u65bc\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6642\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u60a8\uff1b\u6216\u5982\u60a8\u672a\u53d7\u9818\u8ca8\u7269\uff0c\u5247\u65bc\u6211\u5011\u5df2\u63d0\u51fa\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8ca8\u7269\u6642\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u60a8\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 \u5118\u7ba1\u5df2\u6709\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4e14\u8ca8\u7269\u98a8\u96aa\u5df2\u79fb\u8f49\uff0c\u6216\u672c\u689d\u6b3e\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u8ca8\u7269\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u5728\u6211\u5011\u4ee5\u73fe\u91d1\u6536\u5230\u8ca8\u7269\u50f9\u6b3e\u53ca\u6211\u5011\u540c\u610f\u51fa\u552e\u4e88\u60a8\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u8ca8\u7269\u4e4b\u7576\u6642\u61c9\u4ed8\u6b3e\u9805\u7684\u5168\u984d\u4ed8\u6b3e\u524d\uff0c\u4e0d\u6703\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u60a8\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 \u5728\u8ca8\u7269\u6240\u6709\u6b0a\u79fb\u8f49\u7d66\u60a8\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u4ee5\u6211\u5011\u7684\u53d7\u8a17\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u53ca\u53d7\u5bc4\u4eba\u8eab\u5206\u6301\u6709\u8ca8\u7269\uff0c\u4e26\u61c9\u5c07\u8ca8\u7269\u8207\u60a8\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8ca8\u7269\u5206\u958b\u5b58\u653e\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.4 You agree to immediately notify us of any matter from time to time affecting our title to the Goods and shall provide us with any information relating to the Goods as we may require from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.5 Until such time as the property in the Goods passes to you (and provided the Goods are still in existence and have not been resold), we shall be entitled at any time to demand you deliver up the Goods to us, and in the event of non-compliance, we reserve our right to take legal action for the delivery of the Goods and to seek damages and all other costs, including but not limited to legal fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.6 You shall not be entitled to pledge or in any way charge by way of security for any indebtedness any of the Goods which remain our property, but if you do so, all moneys owing by you to us shall (without prejudice to any other right or remedy) forthwith become due and payable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.7 If the provisions in this Clause 8 are not effective according to the law of the country in which the Goods are located, the legal concept closest in nature to retention of title in that country shall be deemed to apply mutatis mutandis to give effect to the underlying intent expressed in this clause, and you shall take all steps necessary to give effect to the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.8 You shall indemnify us against all losses, damages, costs, expenses and legal fees incurred by us in connection with the assertion and enforcement of our rights under this clause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>9. Termination<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.1 You may terminate the Contract before we dispatch the Goods, by written notice to us through our Contact Us page at&nbsp;https:\/\/lumin-astra.com\/contact\/. If the Goods have already been dispatched, you may not terminate the Contract but may only return the Goods in accordance with Clause 7 of these Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2 Without prejudice to any other right of termination elsewhere in these Conditions, we may stop any Goods in transit, suspend further delivery to you and\/or terminate the Contract with immediate effect by notice to you on or at any time after the occurrence of any of the following events:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2.1 The Goods under the Contract being unavailable for any reason; and\/or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9.2.2 The Goods under the Contract having been mispriced on the Website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>10. Warranties and Remedies<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.1 Save for as expressly provided in these Conditions, all other warranty conditions or terms, including those implied by statute or common law, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.2 Subject to this Clause 10, we warrant that the Goods will correspond with their specification at the time of delivery, and agree to remedy any non-conformity therein for a period of 12 months commencing from the date on which the Goods are delivered or deemed to be delivered (&#8220;Warranty Period&#8221;). Where you are dealing as a consumer, we further give to you such implied warranties as cannot be excluded by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3 Our above warranty concerning the Goods is given subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.1 No condition is made or to be implied nor is any warranty given or to be implied as to the life or wear of the Goods supplied or that they will be suitable for any particular purpose or use under any specific conditions, notwithstanding that such purpose or conditions may be known or made known to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.2 Any description given of the Goods is given by way of identification only and the use of such description shall not constitute a sale by description.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.3 We bind ourselves only to deliver Goods in accordance with the general description under which they were sold. We do not give any warranty as to the quality, state, condition or fitness of the Goods beyond the express warranty in Clause 10.2.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.4 We shall be under no liability for the following measures and actions taken by you or third parties and the consequences thereof: improper remedy of defects, alteration of the Goods without our prior agreement, addition and insertion of parts, in particular of spare parts which do not come from us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.5 We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from unsuitable or improper use, defective installation or commissioning by you or third parties, fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions, defective or negligent handling, improper maintenance, excessive load, unsuitable operating materials and replacement materials, poor work, unsuitable foundation, chemical, electro-technical\/electronic or electric influences, failure to follow our instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.6 We are not liable for any loss, damage or liability of any kind suffered by any third party directly or indirectly caused by repairs or remedial work carried out without our prior written approval, and you shall indemnify us against each loss, liability and cost arising out of such claims.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.7 We shall be under no liability under the above warranty (or any other warranty, condition or guarantee) if the total price for the Goods has not been paid in cleared funds by the due date for payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.3.8 We shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any defect in the Goods arising after the expiry of the Warranty Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.4 Where there is any defect in the quality or condition of the Goods, or where the Goods fail to correspond with specification, you may apply to return the defective and\/or damaged Goods to us in exchange for a replacement or a refund in accordance with our Return Policy and Clause 7 of these Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.5 As an alternative to returning faulty or damaged Goods in exchange for refund or replacement under Clause 7, you may request a repair of such Goods. We are entitled to accept or reject such request at our own discretion. Such request shall be irrevocable upon our acceptance, and the non-conforming Goods (or part thereof) will be repaired as originally ordered. You may not later elect for a return under Clause 7 once we have accepted such request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.6 Where the Goods have not been repaired within a reasonable time, despite a written warning from you, you shall be entitled to a reduction of the price in proportion to the reduced value of the Goods, provided that under no circumstance shall such reduction exceed 15% of the price of the affected Goods. In lieu of repair, we may, at our sole discretion, grant such a reduction to you. Upon a repair or price reduction being made as aforesaid, you shall have no further claim against us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10.7 When we have provided replacement Goods or given you a refund, the non-conforming Goods (or parts thereof) shall become our property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>11. Liability<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.1 In no event shall we be liable for loss of profit or goodwill, loss of production or revenue, or any type of special, indirect or consequential loss whatsoever (including loss or damage suffered by you as a result of an action brought by a third party) even if such loss were reasonably foreseeable or if we had been advised of the possibility of incurring the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.2 The remedies set out in Clause 10 are your sole and exclusive remedies for non-conformity of or defects in the Goods, and our liability for the same shall be limited in the manner specified in Clause 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.3 Notwithstanding any other provision of these Conditions, our maximum cumulative liability to you or to any other party for all losses under, arising out of or relating to the sale of Goods under each Contract, shall not exceed the sums that you paid to us under such Contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.4 If a number of events give rise substantially to the same loss, they shall be regarded as giving rise to only one claim under these Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">11.5 No action shall be brought against us later than 12 months after the date you became aware of the circumstances giving rise to a claim or the date when you ought reasonably to have become aware, and in any event, no later than 12 months after the end of the Warranty Period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>12. General<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.1 We shall not be liable for non-performance, error, interruption or delay in the performance of our obligations under these Conditions (or any part thereof) or for any inaccuracy, unreliability or unsuitability of the Website&#8217;s contents if this is due, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to an event or failure which is beyond our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.2 Any notice required or permitted to be given by either party to the other under these Conditions shall be in writing addressed, if to us, to our registered office or principal place of business, and if to you, to the address or email address provided in your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.3 Unless the context otherwise requires, any term or expression which is defined in or given a particular meaning by the provisions of International Commercial Terms published by the International Chamber of Commerce shall have the same meaning in these Conditions, but if there is any conflict between the provisions of Incoterms and these Conditions, the latter shall prevail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.4 No waiver by us of any breach of the Contract shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. Further, our failure to enforce these Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of these terms, and such failure shall not affect our right later to enforce these Conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.5 If any provision of these Conditions is held by any competent authority to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected thereby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.6 No person who is not a party to the Contract (including any employee, officer, agent, representative or sub-contractor of either party) shall have any right to enforce any terms of the Contract which expressly or by implication confers a benefit on that person without the express prior agreement in writing of the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.7 These Terms and any contract between you and LUMINASTRA LTD&nbsp;are governed by the laws of England and Wales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.8 We shall be entitled to commence court legal proceedings for the purposes of protecting our intellectual property rights and confidential information or for a breach or non-performance by means of injunctive or other equitable relief.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">12.9 We may, through the Website or by such other method of notification as we may designate, vary these Conditions. Such variation shall take effect on the date we specify through the above means. If you continue to use the Website after such a date, you are deemed to have accepted such variation.
